We are very excited to be working with a great children’s charity who are looking for a Senior Selections and Insight Manager to deliver evidence-based fundraising and data-driven decision-making to support the fundraising department achieve its strategy.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a complex schedule of data selections for the fundraising campaigns along with delivering fundraising data analysis both internally and through external partners. You will provideleadership for the team ensuring the team accurately interpret the needs of the business users and deliver robust solutions that meet their needs, leading the team to effectively utilise data selection delivery through Faststats, Salesforce, and other channels.

You will need:

- Experience with Faststats, Salesforce, PowerBI, or similar software / large-scale CRM systems
- Proven Line Management experience within a technical environment
- Experience in delivering data selections for fundraising activities
- Delivering analysis within a non-profit organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and influence

**Salary: £ 44,000 - £53,064
Contract: Permanent Full time (compressed hours considered)**
