Job Summary:
Responsibilities/Duties:

- Operate Saw/CNC to drive workflow through the factory.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Set production targets and implement measures to achieve them
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Manage and train a team of production staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of materials

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Factory supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for tracking production metrics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
