**Company Overview**:
The NECFC has grown as a Farm Cluster over the past years, and the next stage of growth being successfully awarded a Landscape Recovery Pilot by DEFRA in late 2022. The Cluster itself includes over 160 farms and land holdings across the North East Cotswolds who share a vision of leading a landscape scale regeneration of the farmed environment, developing local food networks and importantly ensuring collaboration, knowledge exchange and meaningful action.

The Pilot is an exciting opportunity to take a large-scale, long-term approach to achieve positive environmental change, this project seeks to restore catchment wide habitat mosaics on the ‘River and Stream Restoration’ theme, across the River Evenlode and its tributaries the Glyme and Dorn, in cohesion with a productive farming landscape.

**Job Overview**:
The NECFC CIC are recruiting a Farm Administrator for their Landscape Recovery Pilot on a full-time basis to support the Project Development Phase - end of 2024 leading into our implementation phase in 2025 and beyond.

This role will encompass supporting the Farm Advisor to produce Land Holding Plans encompassing 62 farms across the River Evenlode catchment (the ‘project area’). There will be a combination of remote working and face-to-face delivery and meetings across the project area. This will involve understanding and evaluating opportunities for Nature Based Solutions, articulating into detailed reports, and using software to produce maps to showcase interventions. This will be delivered across the range of land holdings to drive habitat creation/regeneration with a range of tools, specialist advice, and incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including digital filing, data entry, and diary managment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to farm operations and landscape recovery project activities.
- Coordinate meetings for farm advisor and landscape recovery team members.
- Using Landapp to support Farm Advisor with detailing parcel interventions and mapping appropriate detail.
- Support as minute taker for weekly/monthly meetings
- Support with Land Holding Plans to develop a narrative on our Land Management Plan
- Support with NECFC events and admin which enhances the Landscape Recovery awarness and the cluster members experience.

**Communication and Outreach**:
**Data Management**:

- With the Farm Advisor and Data lead, maintain databases and records related to farm inventory, equipment, and resources.
- Collect and organise data on landscape conditions, vegetation, and wildlife to support decision-making and monitoring efforts.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in farming or other rural settings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools such as google calander and Spaces
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, landscape restoration, or environmental conservation principles is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**things to know**:

- Valid driver's licence and access to transportation would be hugely beneficial to be able to visit sites when required.
- This is a remote role with weekly / Monthly meetings on site in the North east Cotswold area.

Pay: £28,950.00-£34,950.00 per year
