GM Supplies currently have an opening for an inhouse sales representative to join our team.

**About us**:
At GM Supplies & Distribution Ltd we have an ongoing commitment to provide a competitive, reliable and professional service. We supply a wide range of products including washroom systems, cleaning chemicals, janitorial products, healthcare & PPE products, along with catering supplies and equipment.

We have been supplying many professional sectors including care homes, nurseries, doctor surgeries, dentists, manufacturing/industrial sites and the licence trade, for over 13 years.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead generation and opening new accounts
- Dealing with existing customers and the ability to expand their product range
- Take and process sales orders accurately into sage
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Daily office ad hoc tasks
- A flexible work approach as you will be asked to do tasks for other people within the office that may need prioritising

**What do I need?**
- Experience in the industry - essential
- Fast paced sales background - essential
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload daily - essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - essential
- A passion to learn and to contribute - essential
- Enhanced knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office - essential
- Knowledge of Sage - preferred
