Job Title: Sales Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and coordinating sales activities
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information or assistance as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
- Make outgoing/accept incoming customer calls in order to sell our products whilst understanding the scope of the opportunity within the fuel, lubricants and consumables sector
- Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold, and any other relevant company news that will be beneficial to your role.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles is preferred

Team player with professionalism, well presented, excellent time keeping, great attention to detail, confident and able to work under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
