My client is an established Cheshire based law firm that covers a wide range of litigation based work, and they have an opportunity for an experienced Housing Disrepair Paralegal/Fee Earner to join their expanding HDR department.
- Reviewing reports from Surveyors
- Carrying out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans
- Effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
- Experience of using Proclaim case management system
- Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills: written and verbal
- Ability to work individually or part as a team
- Ability to run issued, fast track matters with mínimal supervision.
