We’re looking for a hardworking individual to join our Quality and Compliance team as a Compliance Administrative Assistant. The role will require you to be based in our office which is located in North Leeds. This is a full-time role.

Skills and experience
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and working to deadlines
- Ability to working independently as well as within a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Confident, professional and have an ethical manner
- Be self-motivated and proactive
- Good IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
Duties
All administration tasks relating to the Compliance Team.
Arranging quarterly risk and compliance meetings, complaints committee meetings and internal ad-hoc meetings.
Taking notes at meetings and ensuring important actions and decisions are correctly noted.
Manage the compliance mailbox and respond promptly to queries.
To assist with administrative elements of firm-wide communications and staff training.
To assist with the co-ordination of our accreditations, including audits, process reviews and reporting.
