**What would I be doing day to day?**

Who am I supporting: Managing reception team

Key duties:

- Ensure smooth running of the front of house operations including managing staff, induction of staff, recruitment and training
- Managing the day to day running of the office, assisting in projects and events
- Responsibility for travel arrangements across the business

Background and experience:

- Experience as a reception manager or supervisor with line management responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and a strong relationship builder
- Strong administrative skills, exposure to office management and a customer focused approach
- Flexible with a proactive attitude
