Ooh Driver

To carry out reception and driving tasks on a day-to-day operational basis ensuring that services are delivered: In a coordinated and efficient manner.

To work with other receptionists, drivers and healthcare professionals to provide a first-class service to patients.

Provide the first point of contact for patients and other stakeholders/visitors (either face to face or on the telephone) and provide administrative support.

Ensure that home visiting vehicle is stocked appropriately and that all vehicle checks are complete Drive and navigate vehicle with the Doctor to / from patients residence Ensure the service is provided in accordance with the service specification key performance indicators.

Working Hours Monday Friday 18.30 08:00 varied shifts (5 - 8hrs) Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 08:00 08:00 varied shifts (5 - 8hrs) Attend meetings and complete mandatory online training
