**ROLE - HR Coordinator**
**LOCATION - Bristol**
**TERM - Permanent**
**SALARY - £25,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience (Please advise what you’re looking for)**

Premier Group are looking for an HR Coordinator to join a growing engineering company in Bristol.

**As a **Recruitment and HR Coordinator**, you will need to**:

- Work with and support managers within the business with areas such as: recruitment, performance reviews and performance management, with direction and support from our Leadership team
- Be responsible for coordinating onboarding, induction and offboarding
- Manage all sickness and absence management activities including return to work meetings.
- Support payroll with absence information on a monthly basis
- Be the key contact for HR queries and day to day HR administration

**What we would like from you**:

- At least 2 years experience working in HR. This would suit someone who is confident with HR Administration/Operations and is looking for a challenge.
- Recruitment experience isn’t essential however you will need to have awareness of best practice and UK laws.
- Effective communicator
- Highly organised and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive and happy to work independently
- Able to build relationships quickly throughout the business
