CNC Machinist

Your Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist
- Set up and operate various CNC machines within the company.
- Conduct First Off inspections, ensuring precise dimensions and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Strive for a harmonious balance between high production output and impeccable quality on the first attempt.
- Maintain digital records of tool usage for future reference.
- Proficiently operate manual machining equipment, encompassing milling, turning, grinding, and marking processes.
- Develop expertise in handling Fanuc and Heidenhain machines effectively.
- Interpret engineering drawings and grasp geometric tolerancing concepts.

Currently, the salary range is between £23K to £33K, with overtime available and bonuses to increase this. Moreover, the company prioritizes work-life balance, offering a maximum four-day work week increasing over time opportunities, five weeks of annual leave, and additional benefits like a pension and life insurance.
