Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their luggage and belongings
- Provide directions and information about the facility to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Monitor and address any maintenance or safety issues in a timely manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist with phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or individual
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive guest experience
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic phone systems and guest relations
Note: This will be 4 nights on 4 nights off. holiday cover
**Salary**: £8.07-£10.52 per hour
