Property Inventory Clerk - No Letting Go (Mid Cheshire)
Do you live in or around the Nantwich and Crewe areas and have an interest in working within the property industry?
Are you inquisitive, with a keen eye for detail?
Do you want to manage your own time and have the flexibility to work hours that suit you?
We are looking for someone to work as a freelance, self-employed inventory clerk within the Nantwich / Crewe areas who can work autonomously for our clients. The role will begin on a part-time basis with the potential to grow depending on results. Immediate start for the right person, we are interviewing now.
Full training will be provided by No Letting Go. You will need your own transport, tablet, computer/laptop and mobile phone.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
To carry out property inventories, check-ins/check-outs and mid-term property inspections in line with agreed timescales and service standards
To compile and submit reports from these inspections via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete
To collect and return keys to and from estate / letting agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection
To meet tenants or agents at the properties at agreed times
To ensure that all appointments are attended on time
Skills / Attributes
- Professional, punctual and presentable
- Reliable and with a keen attention to detail / observation skills
- A self-starter who can work unsupervised
- A “can do” attitude with a diplomatic approach and ability to problem solve with customers
- Well organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
- Computer literate with adequate typing skills for report writing
- Able to work flexibly within a standard working day, including some Saturdays
- A car owner with a valid driving license
- Property lettings/inventory: 1+ years (preferred)
Remuneration
You are paid a set rate per report and will be fully self-employed. Once trained you can expect to earn between £500 and £1,500 per month depending on hours worked.

**Salary**: £500.00-£1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
