**About us**:
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow? We are seeking a dedicated and kind Room Leader to join our enthusiastic team in our Baby room

**Responsibilities and requirements of a Room Leader**:

- _Leadership:_ Providing strong leadership to the team, guiding and supporting fellow practitioners to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- _Child Development:_ Observing and assessing children’s progress, identifying individual learning needs and tailoring activities to support their development
- _Health and Safety:_ Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding regulations
- _Record Keeping:_ Maintaining accurate records and report on each child’s progress and activities

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
