So, if you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership role in a globally recognised integrated agency, we think this is one you should sit up and take note of.Having recently announced our new senior leadership team we’re now recruiting for a newly created role of Managing Partner who, in conjunction with the existing Managing Partner and Head of Business Leadership, will have the opportunity to lead our team to even greater heights.What this means is that you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing teams, whilst working closely with clients to deliver creative excellence, client satisfaction and profitability. Your clients will be global names, trusting us with significant budgets to drive their businesses forward.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate experience of delivering complex integrated marketing projects for global brands, excellent people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members, build strong relationships with clients, and manage financial and commercial aspects of the department.In summary, as Managing Partner, you’ll:
- Have a background in recognised integrated agencies, working on high-profile accounts.
- Bring brilliant integrated marketing experience, with an ability to shape campaigns that work across all touchpoints.
- Be someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team (& wider agency teams) to deliver better and more effective work.
- Build strong relationships internally & externally, founded on trust, honesty and that desire to make clients famous within their markets.
- Own the day-to-day, ensuring the smooth & profitable running of accounts.
- Have a curious mindset that’s always looking for ways to improve what we’re doing and to seek opportunities to expand the remit of activity with clients, with a holistic view across all marketing channels.
- Take a partnership approach to developing mutually profitable, long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate a good strategic capability with the ability to interrogate opportunities and present thinking with clarity. Know how to take a brief, shape it with our planning team & ensure that the creative team nail the execution.**Who we are**
