**Job description**:
Rhino is recruiting on behalf of our client who is working in the marina industry, they’re looking for an individual who will stand out by giving their all.

Being flexible is crucial as you will be working throughout different seasons and may need to stay later.

We want someone who likes being outdoors, as you will be working in all different weather conditions.

Work days will typically be 8am
- 5pm (6pm in the summer) although you may be asked to work on as the demands of this role may require you to work out your contracted hours.

There is a 6 - week rota and you may need to work 2-3 weekends in a month as this is the busiest period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate lifting and handling equipment, making sure each boat finds the perfect spot
- Good communication skills - interacting with different team members.
- Ensure safety and security of all vessels within the boatyard, marina and dry stack.
- Maintaining cleanliness around Trafalgar Wharf - litter picking, checking toilets
- Lifting and handling equipment safety, launch, wash boats
- training will be provided if you don’t know how to use a forklift/ equipment.
- You will need to paint, repair and generally maintain Trafalgar Wharf
- To be fully conversant with the operation of the marina gate and to carry out its

routine maintenance.
- To be aware of the weather and flood warnings and take all necessary

precautions and actions, e.g. checking cradles /berths.
- To be friendly, interact with customers around Trafalgar
- To advise the management of any areas within your s cope of responsibility that

are giving you cause for concern.
