Reed Education Reading are currently working with a school in Maidenhead to recruit a School PA/Administrator for a long term temp role starting on 16th January.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and inter-personal skills who can organise the Head's diary and support on the office admin. You will also need to be able to use microsoft packages Word and Excel and have some experience on schooldatabase systems.

The hours are 35 per week, 08:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday, term time only.

The successful applicant will need to meet full safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS and references to cover a minimum of two years.

Applicants must:
Have a flexible approach to work

Can work positively with a variety of different people.

The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Ideally have experience of a similar role.
Able to work in a fast paced and complex environment.
Role:
We are looking for a well organised receptionist / administrator to support the work of the school admin department.
