Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
Total working hours 35 hours per week

**Main Responsibilities**
Working in a busy office, you will be working within the administration team carrying out duties including:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contact
- Becoming the first point of contact for visitors to the office
- Supporting the facilitation of visitor meetings at the office
- Using bespoke IT system for data input and adding files to data records
- Providing cover and support to the planning team when required
- Supporting the Management Team
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Maths GCSE A* - C, 9 - 4 or equivalent
- English GCSE A* - C, 9 - 4 or equivalent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
