**Senior Talent Acquisition Manager**

**London**

**12-18 month Fixed Term Contract**

Our client is a global luxury lifestyle brand, they are looking to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to head up the Talent Acquisition for the UK, Ireland and Netherlands. Reporting into the Talent & Development Director the Talent AcquisitionManager, leads the development and delivery of talent strategies and solutions across the UK, Ireland and Netherlands.

Responsibilities include:
? Managing a team of 8 across both Head Office and Retail recruitment functions within the UK and Netherlands

? Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders; understanding current and future talent needs, ensuring the team are equipped and ready to support the business needs

? Work closely with Talent & Development Partner and Talent Management Manager to consider and deliver on the wider talent needs of the business

? Managing the recruitment budget

? Project management of Talent Acquisition focuses, ensuring timelines are realistic and met with desired results

? Reporting, analysing and delivering resourcing data to the business to inform decisions

? Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced recruitment contracts

? Implementing an attraction strategy, using different cost effective channels to find and attract high quality applicants

- You have strong experience managing an in-house Talent Acquisition team
- You have previous experience of international recruitment delivery.
