An excellent opportunity has arisen for the position ofAssistant Greenkeeper as part of a team of Greenkeepers at Middlesbrough Golf Club, an 18 hole James Braid designed parkland golf course founded in 1908.
- Members club with large visiting parties
- Located 5 miles south of Middlesbrough town centre
- NVQ L2 in sports turf
- Minimum 2 years previous greenkeeping experience
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Complete tasks in line with health and safety regulations
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Be flexible and work some weekends as part of an overtime rota

Desirable but not essential
- PA 1,2&6 spraying certificates
- Chainsaw certificates
- Basic machinery maintenance skills
