- 01-Feb-2024Barker Ross is recruiting for a **Caretaker** for one of our clients' based in Oxte (RH8).

Our client is a community-facing, people-first business that delivers, manages and maintains communities and places - including multi-tenure housing, schools, open spaces, public and private buildings, retail schemes, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, utilities and broadband networks.

**Location**: Oxted, RH8

**Duration**: Temp to Perm

**Salary**: £26,000-28,000

**Hours**: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

**Duties**:

- Carrying out general maintanance an repairs, including basic plumbing
- Ensuring the areas responsible for are maintaned to high standards.
- Supervising the on site cleaning operative.
- Carrying out building checks and reporting to management.
- Ensuring Complience with relevant statutury reqirments, inculding Health and Safety.

**Requitments**:

- Good comunication and Customer Service.
- Maintanace and Repairs experience, including working with power tools.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and considerations.
- Good use of initiative, and proactive in identifying priority tasks.
