Tenant Liaison Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised **Tenant Liaison Officer** to join our team. You **must** be proficient IT and using software systems.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will liaise regularly with tenants before, during and after planned maintenance works, through telephone calls and written correspondence. You will be the first point of contact and assist in the managing and maintaining of contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative support to the contract management team.
You will be required to work some weekends during the summer season to accommodate seasonal contracts.
This is a full time position.
Hours: 39 hours per week working days: 5 days a week (Weekend work is included).
Hours are 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break. Wednesday or Thursday each week will be 8am-4pm.
Job responsibilities
- You will be responsible for updating the company ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and records
- Produce weekly reports for contractors
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team
- Perform data entry and maintain databases related to contracts
- Organising meetings, scheduling bookings for our cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Making outbound calls
- Managing linen stock and key allocation.
- Using spreadsheets to input data and find data.
- Complaints - they don't come in often but when they do, you will be responsible for responding promptly with the assistance of the relevant department manager.

- Highly organised and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and confidence with dealing with clients, suppliers, employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
