Commercial Plumber

Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a commercial facilities management company who are based in Devon who are looking for a Plumber to join their team. You will be carrying out PPM & Reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial properties around the Newton Abbot, Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth.

**Duties**
- Carrying out PPM & responsive maintenance tasks within industrial and commercial buildings
- General plumbing maintenance tasks
- fault-finding on domestic hot and cold water systems
- Installing new plant equipment
- Knowledge of ACOPS L8 and Legionella monitoring would be advantageous, although full training will be given

**You will need**
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
- Driving licence
- Experience within a similar role
- Participate in an out of hours stand by rota. (Approx 1 in 12 weeks)

Pay: £34,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
