Are you a qualified Financial Planner/Adviser who enjoys client interaction and providing a quality and transparent service, but don’t enjoy the new business development side of the Adviser role, then this would be an excellent move for you. My client arean Independent Financial Advice firm based in Westerham in Kent. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. The Managing Director has a long illustrious career in financial planningand financial advice and has built a reputation as a leading figure industry across the South-East with clients operating across London, Kent and Sussex having run several successful businesses.

Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families. Business is busier than ever moving into 2023, and my client has 300+ longstanding clients in their current setup, and this is growingthrough referrals and recommendations. They do not do any marketing activity whatsoever due to the excellent reviews they receive.

The role will be more office based to begin to allow you to get inducted into the business and but then some work from home can be discussed. You will have your Level 4 Diploma and ideally be looking to work towards your chartered status, but this is notessential but preferred. My client can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. My client are looking to offer between £70k - £85k basic salary, commissions, bonus plus an equity share in the businessgiving you circa £100k - £125k take home pay.

- Part account management and part lead conversion
- Clients are retirees, HNW families and City professionals
