**About the role
**As a Field Sales Engineer, you will set a profitable Sales Strategy for growth across the UK and Ireland. Your key responsibilities include:

- Building and developing strong customer relationships
- A deep understanding of your customers and market
- Supporting customers in design through to production
- Ability to engage at all levels
- Working with Strategic Suppliers
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales and design target
- Effective utilisation of systems and tools

**About you
**As a Field Sales Engineer, you must have/be:

- Extensive Strategic Business Development experience
- Knowledge of the UK and Ireland Markets
- Ideally, experienced in selling Magnetics Product
- Experience in General Electronic Sales
- Engineering degree or appropriate experience

**Required Skills**:

- Commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to engage at all levels
- Excellent communication skills

**About the hours & rewards
**As a Field Sales Engineer, you will work Full-time from Monday to Friday, and you will receive an excellent salary of up to £45,000 per annum basic plus:
