**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing while being the local point of contact for marketing support in the UK, Ireland, and globally. Your responsibilities include marketing assistance and collaboration, traditional and digital marketing strategies in alignment with our brand and goals, fostering collaboration across departments, and building relationships with our valued franchise partners. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment with national and local brand guidelines.
- Work in coordination with marketing and the brand nationally to implement effective campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and franchise partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic advancement.

**Marketing Support**:

- Provide support in the execution of marketing campaigns nationally and locally.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistent implementation of campaigns in line with national brand standards.
- Communicate and assist Pitman Training franchisees on approved initiatives to facilitate the effective implementation of ad-hoc requests and campaigns at a local level.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, events, and competitor activities, offering insights and support in adapting strategies for optimal effectiveness.

**Franchise Partner Support**:

- Comprehend the distinct and local requirements, successes, challenges, and priorities of franchisees, collaborating with the marketing team to aid, resolve, and propose potential solutions in these domains.
- Provide support and resources to Pitman Training franchisees on approved local marketing efforts.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to meet local market needs.
- Aid and coordinate with Pitman Training franchisees regarding web and marketing requisitions, ensuring a smooth and efficient collaboration to fulfil their particular needs and goals.
- Provide marketing support by addressing franchise requests through the support form, comprising acknowledgement of the request, furnishing updates, and confirming completion.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative departments, Pitman Training team members, sales, and operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to brand and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with external partners and 3rd party agencies to maximise the impact of joint initiatives.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with different departments and team members, provide reports, presentations, and post-meeting communications.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular and insightful reports to the VP of Marketing.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimisation, offering strategic recommendations to enhance the overall impact of marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management and brand development.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £37,000 - £42,000 per year
