St Erth Station Assistant

As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at St Erth train station. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care You will be required to assist with station ramps which you will be inducted on.

We are looking for 2 agency staff to work 1000am until 1800pm on random multiple days a week until October 28 th

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

**Pay: £10.90 (AWR shall be included after 6 weeks)**

**Shifts: 1000 - 1800**

**Length: ASAP - October 28th**

**Location: St Erth**

You will be involved in...
- Meeting and greeting our customers on the platform.
- Supporting customers needing assistance - This includes ramp duties.
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service
