Our client is based in Northamptonshire and is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for an exciting new opening for their five-star property. Your team will be the first point of contact for all reservations and will be responsible for ensuring that your guest’s stay is booked to their expectations. You will be passionate about hospitality and exceeding the expectations of your guests, from initial enquiry to their actual arrival.

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for the pre-opening set up of the Reservations Department and manage the day-to-day activities of the Reservations team, working closely with the Head of Revenue to ensure the efficient running of the department. The Reservations Supervisor will also be responsible for a team of five agents.

Currently a Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor looking for that next step you will ideally have experience within a hotel, central or cluster reservations office. You would have previously managed or supervised a team with a strong focus on achieving sales strategy and maintaining a positive sales environment. The Reservations Supervisor should be attentive, well organised and display high levels of customer service standards, manage their own time, prioritise tasks and be able to work both alone and lead a team. You must be currently based in the UK and have the right to work.
