Lead Backend Engineer

London/Remote **(2 days onsite in their Piccadilly office)**

£80-110,000 P/A **dependent on experience**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an IT company within the **tech for good** space.They were founded 7 years ago and since then they have skyrocketed through the IT world?? They are a globally renowned company that hold AI festivals,meetups, and many more exciting things for tech folk This role is super exciting as it sits within a separate entity, for their **app/platform.**It has been in **iteration** for the **past 18 months.**Due to receive Series A funding, the growth plans are off the scale

The ideal person will come from a**senior/principal**level role, and would want to take the next step within their career, grow and develop, and become a stronger engineer. **No management experience needed** as it is a hands off position.
You should be skilled in**:Python, Django, Rest API, SQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, GraphQL, AWS, and Heroku.**

The ideal person will come from a strong technical background, be able to articulate themselves well, worked in businesses that have solved real-life, challenging problems, and have hobbies and interests outside of work?
