**Role**: Trainee/Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Accelerated Progression

**Location**: Manchester

**Package**: £20 - 23K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)

**The Role**:

- Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Business development, brining new clients on board

**The Requirements**:

- Must have a bachelor’s degree or 2 years solid sales experience
