**Job Title** - CGI Architectural Designer

**Salary** - up to £30,000 + benefits listed below.

**Package**
- Up to £30,000 Basic Salary
- Could be a hybrid 3/2 work from home role

**The Person**

As a CGI Architectural Designer, you will have:

- Confidence in your ideas and with the latest Architectural trends offering advice and guidance
- The understanding of how to capture the Homeowner’s imaginations with creative imagery
- A creative approach to your work and be able to come up with new and innovative ideas.
- Experience working with clients and an interesting product portfolio
- Experience working as a Designer using a 3D package and a creative flare to your work.
- A degree in Architecture, Product Design or Civil Engineering
- Or part qualified Architect or Architectural Technician.

Possible Software: Sketchup, Autodesk, MAYA or 3ds Max, Revit, Solidworks or any other 3D software

**The Role**
In this role, you will be supporting the launch of a state-of-the-art new building system that will have significant impact on New House builds and add a significant revenue steam.

As a CGI Designer you will:
Working with both Product Design & Marketing teams, offering solutions for a variety of customer needs.
Provide aesthetic CGI images across varied media to showcase new products.
Create modern and appealing video content/ animations.
Develop 3D models for interactive use.
