A well-established law firm based in Bury are currently looking to recruit a Legal Assistant / Legal Administrator to join their new claims team assisting with RTA cases at the initial stages of the claim. You will be working within a specialist personalinjury, accident and medical negligence law firm who pride themselves in the investment in people and developing staff.
You will be working full time Monday to Friday based in their office just outside Bury and commutable from Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Middleton, Oldham and Manchester.
The firm offer competitive salary bandings, generous holiday package and pension scheme.
**_Working hours_**
**_Monday to Friday on a shift basis (8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm on a rota basis)_**
**_One Sunday once a month (12pm - 4pm)_**
Duties include
- You will act as first point of contact to the firms new and existing clients
- Advising clients on new claims
- Submitting CNF forms
- Chasing clients for documents
- Providing general advice to clients
- General administration duties
