**As our Project Support/Admin Officer, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the engagement and communication activities across the directorate and wider organisation in relation to the change projects.
- Working with the Project Managers & Team Leaders to ensure that the day to day running of the project support process supports the delivery of high-quality tender responses to PMO & Team Leaders.
- Communicating and liaising with other admin team staff, sharing roles where current pressures dictate.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information and
- Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
- Tracking company properties.
- Handling financial queries when required.
- Managing fleet cars, such as completing reports and booking maintenance/ services, when required.
- Opening business accounts with traders (build base, mills and so on) and vehicle companies.
- Maintaining the warehouse/office, such as arranging cleaning, buying groceries, ordering office supplies.
- Management and administration of permitting which involves the monitoring and coordination of Streeetworks activities.

**What we're looking for in our Project Support/Admin Officer**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in a relevant role
- Streetworks knowledge
- Highly organised and efficient
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK

**Desirable**:

- Experience in telecommunications sector
