We are looking for a confident, people person to join our expanding Estate Agency in central Middlesbrough, where we bring a first class service to Residential and Commercial Clients throughout Teesside and further afield.

We are looking for someone to join us in the role of 'Residential Property Administrator‘, which includes daily face to face contact with clients, call handling, property viewings and much more.

Our expectations for the role would be..
- Hard working as an individual and in a team
- Good written and communication skills
- Confidence when speaking to clients on the phone and face to face
- A full valid UK driving licence
- Experience in a estate agency environment with a minimum of (1-2 years)
- Basic IT skills such as word, excel, outlook etc
- Basic knowledge of printers, filing and common office utilities
- Must have good attendance and time keeping
- Work hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Work hours will include 1 in 3 Saturday 9am - 1pm
- Company car would be provided for out-of-office duties

Having previous experience in an Estate Agency is essential.

The role will include in office and out of office duties.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
