We are currently looking for an Estimator to join a well-established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor working on small to medium sized contracts across the London and South East area.

**About our Client**:
Our client is an established design and build company who specialises in office fit-out & refurbishment projects.

**About the Role**:

- Planning, pricing and negotiation of varied bids and tenders
- Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement
- Work within established commercial and operations team in preparation of competitive tender offers and hand over to project management team
- Undertake site visits to establish and verify information provided as part of the tender documentation
- Undertake full analysis of tender returns received during the tender process
- Attend start-up meetings with clients and other management staff.
- Be involved with the wider strategical plan for the company moving forward.
- Reporting into Director level.
- Proven record in similar estimating role, with experience in the commercial fit out market
- Used to client facing activity
- Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Project
