**About The Role**:
**Have you experience of working with young people with Autism and SEMH?**
As a Specialist Tutor you will work collaboratively with a team to support students with Autism and SEMH and develop strategies and systems to assess their needs to adopt success.
**Are you able to think differently in how you support young people?**
You’ll be key in supporting and creatively teaching young people in small groups and on a 1-1 basis.

**About You**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum of two years’ experience of teaching students with Autism and/or SEMH.
- Qualified teacher (DET, PGCE or Certificate in Education).
- Degree level qualification related to specialist area.
- Experience of a range of conditions that impact learning - SEND & SEMH.
- Safeguarding knowledge and understanding.
