Our global leading manufacturing client based in Dumfries are recruiting for a Sales Correspondant to join their existing team of professionals on an ongoing temporary basis.

**The role**:
As Sales Correspondant you will be the main communication link between Customer & Company handling orders, price and delivery enquiries, efficiently and promptly ensuring all customer requirements are met. Other duties include:

- Forward customer complaints to QA dept
- Maintain records ensuring accuracy of open orders
- Pack & Confirm/Invoice documentation for Shipping
- Maintanance of customers websites ensuring accuracy of information
- Process orders
- Maintaining stock records to ensure accuracy of Warehouse inventory
- Producing and maintaining JIT Report Information for holiday cover
- Update Customer Packaging Requirements
- Book in other Locations goods to Dumfries.

**About you**:

- Must have a logical and methodical way of working to facilitate cross-over between correspondents
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience working within a busy office environment
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role
- At least Standard Grade level (or equivalent) education

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their customer service skills and experience or utilise their existing skill base whilst in between roles or looking for something that offers them a flexible short term opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
