Job Introduction
As an Assistant to our Business Director at Hereford County Hospital you’ll be key to delivering smooth operations and governance across the site. You’ll provide professional and effective administration support to our management team whilst ensuring confidentiality is maintained and key deadlines are achieved.

Main Responsibilities
**What You’ll Do**
- Attend management meetings to take notes and create, distribute, and coordinate action plan activity
- To support continuous delivery of service and support during holidays and absences through the co-ordination of management diaries
- Participate in organising and planning the team’s day to day administrative duties
- Support senior management in the delivery of contractual reports and internal performance KPI dashboards.
- Coordinate site visits, which may include arranging hospitality
- Update management records, on-call management rosters, organisational charts etc
- Be an ambassador for Sodexo, promoting all Health & Wellbeing and Benefit initiatives
- Assist with the distribution of on-site communications and company policy communications.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all Sodexo noticeboards across site to ensure they are compliant and displaying current vacancies, weekly and monthly updates.

**What You Bring**
- Previous experience of note taking in meetings and able to summaries key points and produce action plans
- Experience working in an Administration or PA role, organising diaries and workloads
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and keen to develop through eLearning and other training as required
- A strong communicator who can work effectively across all levels and not afraid to challenge to ensure successful outcomes
- Accurate and organised with good attention to detail
