Kitchen Porter

Located at the heart of Surbiton, Hotel Bosco and Lounge combines relaxing, contemporary styled bedrooms with a vibrant, comfy cocktail bar & lounge serving a variety of small plates, sharing boards and party platters.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS:
- to ensure that all dishes produced are of the required standard
- to work alongside the team of Chefs to ensure that all Bar service hours are covered
- to work alongside the team of Chefs to ensure that parties are served on time
- to work alongside the team of Chefs to ensure that guests dining are served promptly
- to work alongside the team of Chefs to ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained within the Kitchen
- to ensure that at all times food hygiene practices are followed
- to wash-up

The role is based on 20-30 hours a week working Tuesday to Saturday
