This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional PA required to support a retired Chairman of a global company. This will be a diverse role assisting with the management of his diary, travel booking, finances as well as assisting in the management of 4 rental cottages along with varied personal work. You will be required for 25 hours a week over 4 days and must be located within 30 minutes drive of Chipping Campden.

As the PA some of your duties will include:

- Diary management, arrangement of meetings, preparation of necessary documentation.
- Supporting and monitoring his workload, prioritising deadlines.
- Managing organised and efficient electronic and manual filing system
- Spreadsheet accounts analysis, bank reconciliations and payment of bills
- Administration of credit card, cash expenses etc.
- Occasional out of hours contact required

**Experience**

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of providing PA support to a Senior Executive level
- The ability to manage competing tasks and priorities within an ever-changing workload to determine which require immediate attention
- Organisation and the ability to focus and multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written, numerical and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail - with a sound memory.
- Effective interpersonal skills so as to be able to interact positively
- Able to maintain a high standard of integrity, both professional, personal and on all financial matters

Salary Range: £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
