**THE ROLE**:
**Senior Coordinator - Road Freight**
Reporting into the Operations Manager and working closely with our clients, network partners and the commercial team you will have the responsibility for the completion of export and import groupage and FTL trailers.

**HYRBRID WORKING**
We operate a hybrid working environment for this role, meaning that you can spend part of your time working hours at home and/or part in the offices in Tilbury
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- You will liaise with the operational and gateway team to organize import clearances
- Input trailer bookings into ETSF
- Arrange and manager domestic deliveries, ensuring they are customs cleared and all duties and VAT paid where applicable.
- Organise domestic collections through network of hauliers
- Ensure all administrative tasks will be completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Make timely updates on our in-house track and trace systems to our customers
- Liaising with our overseas offices
- Manage bookings with international carriers to our customer’s requirements.
- Load jobs on to the Company’s IT system
- Complete customer key performance indicator
