**Job description**
The award-winning, well-established Acorn Brewery of Barnsley are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual to sell Acorn Products to existing customers, as well as generating new accounts. The bulk of the sales will be telephone based with the requirement to attend face-to-face visits, on an ad-hoc basis.
**Roles & Receptibilities**:
- Outbound/ Inbound telesales
- Generate growth via new customer acquisitions
- Management of existing customer accounts
- Office administration
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The capability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to liaise well with others
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Previous sales experience preferably within the brewing industry
- Full UK Driving License the requirement to attend face-to-face visits, on an ad hoc basis.

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
