**MOLLY MAID GLASGOW**

- **Administrator/sales, full-time, 8am start Monday thru till Friday flexible hours working out of office based in Linwood ,Paisley**
- **£11.50 per hour.**

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Upselling our Molly Maid service**
You will work closely with our cleaning teams providing on-going support and helping with the following;
- Managing the cleaning workload
- Dealing with calls to the office from staff and customers
- Keeping records and systems up to date for staff and customers
- Monitoring and maintaining office and cleaning supplies and equipment
- **What you’ll need **_

**Customer service** - Customer service is important to our business.. We offer lots of training so we will consider people from a range of backgrounds and industries.

**Communication Skills** - As the role requires communication with staff from all different backgrounds, and customers too, good strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

**Technology**:

- We use a variety of systems, so you’ll need to have a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office, we will teach you the rest.

**Problem Solving** - No two days will be the same in the cleaning industry and each one will throw up interesting challenges to overcome. Problem solving is really important and you’ll be thinking on your feet, ensuring things always run smoothly.

**A Proactive Personality** - We are looking for a proactive individual who has high energy levels, and a positive attitude
