This position requires weekday shifts of 6am to 4pm with a lunch break of 1 hour. Weekend call answering (from home) between 7am to 4pm every 3rd weekend for an extra £100 per weekend.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Job specific report handling for clients
- Invoice cross checking and liaising with our accounts team
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
