**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- **Operational Leadership**: Lead training sessions, guide the Response and Processing Centre, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering an environment of learning and efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with various HR groups, build relationships with COEs, and manage relationships with external vendors/stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Independently work on complex HR transactions, troubleshoot data entry issues, and actively participate in system changes and upgrades.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experience**: Significant experience in HR operations or shared service models within the EMEA region, with a focus on the UK and/or Ireland.

**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field. HR professional accreditation is preferred.

**Skills & Abilities**: Proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, change orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

**Process Optimization**: Focus on process optimization, standardization, and efficiency. Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is advantageous.

**Leadership**: Ability to take initiative, manage conflict resolution, and contribute to the setting and achievement of HRSS and Specialist Center strategy and goals.
