**Job Summary**
The role of the administrator is to manage the finance/administrative procedures within the home. Knowledge and experience of the preparation of Management Accounts and budget management would be an advantage.
Duties include purchase ledger, sales ledger and the issuing and monitoring of resident/staff contracts. Submitting the required returns to regulatory bodies, answering the phone, and overseeing office duties including filing/ordering of supplies etc.
Assisting the manager with the recruitment of staff, ensuring that all pre employment checks are undertaken in a timely manner. Ensuring that all personnel records are maintained, and that all payroll information is collated and input accurately. A full job description will be provided.
Most important of all you will be kind and thoughtful, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in the best interest of the residents and staff always.
Hours to be worked will be agreed with the successful applicant but will not involve weekend working. A clear enhanced PVC check and 2 satisfactory references are essential.
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar care environment would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be responsible for Health and Safety to self and others

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
