Ground Worker

We are currently seeking a Groundworker to join our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The role involves working on various projects to ensure the upkeep and improvement of grounds and landscapes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out manual tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling
- Assist in laying pathways, patios, and other hard landscaping features
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers as directed
- Operate machinery like compactors and cement mixers under supervision
- Help in the installation of drainage systems
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Full UK driving licence is desirable

Pay: £12.51-£19.90 per hour
