**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Roofer to join our installation team. As a Roofer at The Converters Group, you will play a key role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of conservatory roofs, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on conservatory roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work with various roofing materials and techniques to ensure weatherproof, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Collaborate with the installation and sales teams to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of roofing projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer.
- Proficiency in working with various roofing materials and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
