With stunning views looking over the Bruntsfield Links, our historic boutique townhouse is the perfect stay for those who wish to experience Edinburgh to the fullest.
We are currently recruiting for a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our Truly Talented team.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will help ensure everything will run smoothly Initially you will assist the team with kitchen cleanliness, but our VISION for you would be to become a trained commis chef. You will make sure the kitchen is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead, supporting the chefs to serve food to be proud of.

**Your role**
You will be a key member of our kitchen team. To start with you will be responsible for general cleaning duties but after you have settled in, we will train you up to become a Commis Chef and help deliver an excellent guest experience.
