We have an exciting opportunity for a **QualifiedPsychological Wellbeing Practitioner Band 5 **to join the Mindsmatter service. The PWPs provides Step 2 interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.

You will have a formally recognised qualification of **Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Care Mental Health **.
